Сommunication with patients in crisis situations

The course will offer discussions on some critical skills when communicating with patients and their families in crisis – communicating serious illness, death of family member, donor situation, medical errors. The course includes 6 hours of lectures and discussions and 6 hours of practical activities – case discussions, simulation of situations.
