Travelling Seminar: Challenges of Knowledge Work

An applied research seminar where students bridge the gap between research and practice by learning about the challenges of knowledge work and designing a health-promoting intervention.

Knowledge work can be defined as tasks that produce unique knowledge for an organization, often creatively or innovatively. We will look at the current reality of people in knowledge work, their work environments, and work relationships. Thereby, we will examine the individual level, teams, organizations, and society. As a joint initiative led by staff from both institutions, seven students from the University of Konstanz will work with seven students from the University of Roskilde.

The seminar will take place in March 2023 and include online elements and stays in Roskilde and Konstanz.
