The European Reform University Alliance (ERUA) is seeking experienced professionals and academics to join our pool of mentors. As an ERUA mentor, you’ll have the opportunity to guide and inspire the next generation of social innovators across our network of European universities.

We are looking for mentors with expertise in one or more of ERUA’s five key thematic areas:
- Migration, Exile and Refuges
- Environmental Transition
- Democracy & Human Rights, Inclusion & Gender Equality
- Interculturality, Multilingualism
- Arts & Edges
Immediate Opportunity: ERUA iDeaThon 2024
Our upcoming #ERUAiDeaThon2024, “The Alternative Entrepreneurship Challenge”, will address two specific themes:
- Migration, Exile & Refugees
- Democracy and Human Rights, Inclusion, Gender Equality
As a mentor, you can play a crucial role in coaching teams of students and early-career researchers during the iDeathon, scheduled for November 25-26, 2024. You would spend a few hours during the weeks of November 11-15, 2024, and/or November 18-22, 2024, helping to form teams, develop one of the selected ideas, or coach the relevant team. You can choose to collaborate with the group either through synchronous online sessions or asynchronously, depending on what works best for you.

Long-term Opportunities

What We’re Looking For
As an ERUA Mentor, you may have:
- Experience in one or more of ERUA’s thematic areas
- Prior experience in mentoring new ideas in social entrepreneurship
- Passion for innovation in higher education
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and diverse learning environments
