The Night of Ideas is an all-night marathon of debates, talks and artistic performances organized by the French Institute around the world. Since its creation in 2021, the European Reform University Alliance has organized the ERUA Night of Ideas every year to promote new approaches between partner universities.

We would like to invite you to reflect on four themes that emerged from a play on the dual meanings of “plus,” as well as “humanité” and “monde” in French:

• More than one language or no more of one language! (Plus d’une langue!)
• More humanity (humaneness) / No more humanity! (Plus d’humanité!)
• More people! / More than one world or no more of one world! (Plus de monde!)

Debates, artistic performances, talks will be held online on December 5 by and for the overall community of ERUA and partners.
