We aim to build on our accomplishments (joint strategies and policies, mapping exercise in view of identifying good practices, as well as mobility and community building activities), by focusing on 3 specific objectives and 6 flagship initiatives that will be carried out within 8 working packages.
Objective 1: Building a renewed ERUA community with an interconnected and green campus
- Establishing the long-term strategy & governance (WP1)
- Shaping ERUA’s Inter-university campus (WP4)
- Focusing on student centered co-creation (WP7)
- Engaging with stakeholder through communication strategy & outreach (WP8)

Objective 2: Consolidating a student-centered and reformist educational framework
- Establishing a structured framework for joint programs and joint degrees (WP2)
- Further developing innovative teaching and learning opportunities (WP2)

- Setting up educational materials available online (WP2)

- Joint degrees (e.g. Master on migrants reception, with specialization on minors, interdisciplinary approach)
- Deployment of Academic Innovation Lab
Objective 3: Serving global societal challenges to shape a more just, open and inclusive society
- Designing transnational and interdisciplinary research-based clusters (WP3)
- Growing sustainable, creative and interdisciplinary ERUA communities (WP5)
- Linking social challenges and to social enterpreneurial projects (WP6)

The transversal thematic areas will operate across all work packages of our work plan. They address social challenges of importance to Europe and provide focus to ensure that all work packages are working towards enhancing societal impact around the established topic of the Alliance, without strictly limiting the thematic scope.
We believe in each of our partners‘ heritage and by pooling our resources together, we can build critical mass on these topics to maximize our impact.
