On the 21st of May the University of Aegean holds a digital talk on “Creating Coexistence between Refugees and Host Communities: Social and Legal Challenges” which is part of series of Digital Talks on “Achieving Social Change in ERUA’s Local Communities and Regions”.

The Digitalk will be delivered by Dr. Ildiko Otova, Dr. Lucas Pérez and moderated by Dr. Theodoros Iosifides. It aims to gain a deeper understanding of the social dynamics at play between refugees and hosting communities, while learning about successful coexistence strategies. Dr. Otova will delve into how migration has become a hot topic for populist rhetoric and crisis narratives in Europe, while Dr. Pérez will explore the complexities of integrating unaccompanied minors. The talk will also try and get your questions answered during our live Q&A session.
