ERUA Bottom-Up Project Call: Find your team, get inspired, and bring your idea to life!

Do you want to be part of a vibrant, international community of students? 🌍✨ The ERUA Bottom-Up Project Call for Students is open — and the deadline is approaching fast.

Students from at least two ERUA member universities can team up, develop a joint project, and apply for funding:

💰 Up to €5,000
🤝 For a joint student-led project
⏳ With a duration of up to six months
📅 Starting between November 2026 and January 2027

Whether it’s an arts workshop, an exhibition, a festival, a sports event, or something entirely your own — if it brings ERUA students together and connects to the alliance’s mission, your idea has a place here. No prior experience needed: the ERUA team supports you every step of the way.

Looking for a team? Get inspired!
Three student-led project ideas are currently looking for partners and collaborators — and they’re still taking shape, so there’s plenty of room to join in and help shape them:

🎨 A cross-campus project exploring student wellbeing through therapeutic photography
📖 A creative initiative bringing European folk tales to life through storytelling and a shared mural
🎶 The second edition of ERUAvision, a music contest uniting students from across the alliance

Curious? Browse the collaboration requests and find your people on our project ideas page.

This open call was created collaboratively by students and staff, based on students’ own ideas and in close cooperation with the ERUA Student Board.

🗓️ Deadline for applications: October 19, 2026.

👉 All the details, criteria, and templates are available on the ERUA Open Calls page. We are looking forward to your contributions.
