We are announcing that the registration deadline for the ERUA 6th Annual Summit has been extended to 13 September 2026.
Taking place from 18 – 20 November 2026 at New Bulgarian University (NBU) in Sofia, Bulgaria, the Summit will be an opportunity to reflect on what we have built together, strengthen our connections and shape the next chapter of ERUA.

The 2026’s Summit visual identity is inspired by the Great Kanatitsa, a traditional Bulgarian embroidery motif.
Bulgarian embroidery, or shevitsa, has carried stories of identity, connection, continuity and belonging for centuries. Its patterns are created by bringing individual shapes and elements together into a larger, harmonious composition.
The Great Kanatitsa is traditionally associated with family, lineage and the bonds connecting generations. Its geometric forms develop through a series of interconnected elements, making it a powerful symbol for the ERUA community: different universities, people, perspectives and experiences coming together to create something greater than the individual parts.
The symbol therefore reflects the spirit of this year’s Summit – consolidating what we have achieved together while continuing to build strong connections for the future.
