We are pleased to announce that intensive work on the development of the new international master’s degree program — Green Mundus: Psychology of Climate Action — is progressing according to schedule. On May 21–22, 2026, the ten-member team of experts met for the second time, this time at the University of Paris 8 in France, where discussions focused on the program’s administrative aspects.
Two-day intensive workshop
The meeting in Paris involved two days of workshop sessions for the team responsible for developing the new degree program — Green Mundus: Psychology of Climate Action — focused on environmental psychology and climate change. The meeting resulted in the finalization of the program curriculum and the development of descriptions for the program’s two academic tracks.
The team also discussed organizational and administrative matters, including:
- Shared principles for the management and funding of the consortium
- Budget
- Tuition fees
- Scholarship program
- Admission procedures
- Credit transfer and examination policies
- Guidelines for writing master’s theses and conducting thesis defenses

After a long day of work, the group had the opportunity to enjoy traditional French cuisine at a local restaurant.
The second onsite meeting of the Green Mundus project partners successfully advanced the development of our Joint Master’s Program. Hosted by the University of Paris 8, the intensive two-day workshop allowed the consortium to refine key academic and administrative components, demonstrating a strong capacity for international cooperation. The sessions made substantial progress toward establishing a competitive and sustainable Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s program while strengthening the partners’ shared vision and long-term commitment. Thank you to our hosts and all partners for their active participation.
