Following the successful completion of the online course in Social Entrepreneurship, part of the ERUA Social Entrepreneurship Lab, we are pleased to announce the next phase of this initiative. This time, participation is open to the entire ERUA community.
Whether you have completed the course, applied but were unable to participate, or are simply curious about social entrepreneurship, this is your opportunity to get involved and become part of a growing, international community committed to social impact.
In the coming months, we’ll open up new opportunities to connect, learn, and collaborate: peer discussions, interactive workshops, mentorship programs, and inspiring events where ideas and people come together. Our goal is simple – to help you transform your creativity into real social impact, while learning and having fun along the way.
What’s Coming Next
The next key step is the formation of multidisciplinary student teams working on social entrepreneurial ideas. Participants are encouraged to bring their skills, share ideas, meet new collaborators, and begin building meaningful projects together. The most promising teams will receive prizes and have the chance to secure funding for their ideas.
The timeline:
- International teams to be formed through an Online event after the Christmas break:
- Small presentation of the Lab.
- Each student can present their idea.
- At the end of the event, students that don’t have an idea are asked to pick an idea/team.
- National teams to be formed locally.
- All teams should be formed before the end of January.
- A Programme will be developed: Mentorship, seminars/workshops, and guest lectures about best practices on selected social challenges and entrepreneurship.
- By the end of March 2026: Online Final competition: All the teams will present/pitch their ideas.
- Before the end of April 2026: Final pitch – Public presentations of social business plans responding to societal challenges by students.
