Our second ERUA story will be coming from Mykolas Romeris University and presents the student’s experiance with the University’s dual degrees. While we look forward the common ERUA MA programme here is the story.
Students who chose Mykolas Romeris University’s double degree programmes say that this experience has changed their lives. They study not only in Lithuania but also at partner universities – Dongseo University in South Korea, Savoie-Mont-Blanc University, and Bordeaux University in France. Many initially questioned whether their English would be strong enough or how they would adapt to South Korea’s academic pace or the nuances of the French legal system. Today, they value the ability to operate globally.

Students share stories of internships at the European Parliament, placements at IBM in the Czech Republic, and lectures delivered by world-renowned professors. They emphasise that this journey built not only their professional competencies but also their confidence and courage. Many say that after returning from abroad, they felt transformed – able to make decisions in complex situations, communicate in multicultural environments, and see the world from a broader perspective.

In their eyes, a double degree is more than two university certificates. It is a life chapter where one becomes a global citizen, ready to shape a future without borders.
Stay tuned for the next inspiring ERUA story!
