What is ERUA?
ERUA (European Reform University Alliance) is a vibrant network of universities, a framework which allows students from different backgrounds to become part of a shared European experience. As being part of reform universities our students are empowered to question and transform our institutions. We foster their engagement and critical thinking to create the new vision for higher education.

What You Will Do:
We are on a mission to ignite the university’s spaces; explore exciting and playful ways to connect people; expand our horizons, and unleash our collective imagination!

- Point of Contact: Represent ERUA’s vision and promote ERUA’s mission and activities at your university and be the go-to contact person for students interested in learning more about ERUA, providing information, guidance, and support throughout their journey.
- Information Dissemination: Engage in active communication in collaboration with other involved students. Distribution of ERUA-related information through various channels. Respond promptly to concerns of any kind. Initiate, organise, and actively participate in ERUA events, activities and workshops. Contribute and manage a positive online presence that aligns with ERUA’s principles and ideas.
- Presentations and Events: To collaborate with other ERUA representatives to organise and deliver presentations, workshops, and informational sessions or stands. To attend ERUA events and meetings regularly to stay updated on activities and changes within the Alliance.
- Personal Engagement: To share your own experiences and insights about ERUA to inspire and connect with potential participants, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Anticipated Engagement Duration: The position operates on a rotational basis, with a new ambassador being selected every year. If selected, you will be our ambassadors for one year.

Requirements:
- Open participation: This position is open to all students, regardless of prior involvement with ERUA. While previous experience may be beneficial, it is not a strict requirement.
- Character qualities: Outgoing, creative, and enthusiastic about academia, ERUA and EU projects. Strong organisational, communication and networking skills. Commitment to quality results.
- Campus Presence: Preference will be given to candidates who are actively engaged in campus life, demonstrating a strong presence and involvement in student activities and organisations. Students enjoying an ERASMUS mobility are not eligible.
- Academic Standing: Preferably the candidates shall have at least two semesters ahead of them.
- Activity: There is no fixed time requirement, however, the students must set aside flexible time for engaging in social activities. Attendance at all events and significant meetings related to ERUA is essential. Your participation in online meetings with other ERUA students will be required approximately once a month, in addition you will be involved in local activities and part of our creative team.
- English Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential to effectively communicate with members of the ERUA network and participate in international activities and events.
