Every organization experiences changes – planned or surprising and their management is of great importance for organizational survival and efficiency. Trends in recent decades show that the number and extent to which organizations will undergo change will continue to increase. Elements of management, including planning, implementing and maintaining the results of change, together with information systems and technologies, are increasingly important to reduce costs, increase efficiency and competitiveness.
